[TR] Horn Works on its own

I once replaced the thing with a tube from a Bic pen and the original spring,
and a ball bearing or 2.  I had to do some sanding of areas to get everything
to fit.

Of course, the alternative is to leave it out with the horn disabled until the
new one arrives.
