[TR] Play in the steering column

As I worked out some neglected details on my '60 TR3A I discovered slop in the
steering wheel.  I traced it to the fact that the steering wheel nut did not
contact the hub of my Moto Lita wheel.  I had to drill the ID of a large lock
washer to fit the shaft.  Once the washer was installed the steering wheel
became as tight as one could wish.
