[TR] R&R timing gears, chain and spring

I would check the chain for wear; since sometimes a new chain on old
sprockets can lead to rapid wear.  Otherwise, just the tensioner, seal,
gasket and any other obviously damaged parts.

> Do you guys ALWAYS replace everything in there?

I didn't find any other problems so I only changed the tensioner and seal
(plus a Speedi-sleeve for the damaged hub).
