[TR] [6pack] TR6 Cylinder Heads and Lucas Petrol Injection

Forgot to cc the list.  Well worthwhile conversion.  It also gives you the 
prefect setup in terms of runners and plenum to go to TBI port injection 
(those PI runners are a work of Art!). Here are my notes. Email me off list 
with any questions.
