[TR] Z 28 TR3 Frame

Bill,
The same plate on the '63 TR4 frame reads 'C'. I just figured I had the
'third version' TR4 frame..

Pulled the engine and on the top of the front cross member is a plate with a
raised "Z" followed by the number "28" stamped in it.  Any ideas as to what
this indicates?
