[TR] TR3 Ribbed or Smooth Letters

Not just spacing... the layout of the holes is totally different (except 
perhaps for the letter 'I').

There is a nice chart on page 69 of the Moss TR2/3/4 catalog that shows how 
the 2 styles' mounting holes were positioned.
