Dunno ... I see some with tops down and some others with hard tops.  Likely
the remaining few didn't want to take a chance on mussing their hair, or
interior.  And some do find October in CA to be rather cool at 40-50 mph.
(Tho likely not anyone who lives where it snows <g>)
