[TR] TR3 &4 fuel tank size

Apparently Fred's bladder has a larger capacity than the gas tank in his
TR-3!

The  original factory tank still in my 59 Tr3A is 14.4 is  and sure wish it
were a gallons more for major trips dustance between stops on long trips
