[TR] liner?, beading?

I have decided to buy a battery-box liner.  It looks like they don't have a
drain hole, too bad.  I wonder if it would be smart to cut a small hole in one
and buy a tiny plastic funnel for rain to drain thru? Is there a difference
between a TR2-TR3 liner from TRF and Moss?  I think Moss wants $55 for a TR3
liner!

Another question:  I've heard that rubber fender beading might help reduce
fender squeaking.  Did I make that up or is it the truth?
