Right front had some smoking at bottom of mountain. Brakes heavily used going up as well as down. First - second gear a major work out, not to mention the operator - not sure I ever down- shifted 2nd to 1st this many times in any kind of run.<br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">I was not really happy with the braking performance. Any Hawk pad recommendations, tire rack sale, HPS - High performance street, PC - HP Ceramic or HPS 5.0 HP street, anyone who has used for awhile and were happy or not happy, comments would be appreciated. Model and part numbers would be appreciated as Tire Rack does not list Sunbeams. Not big on pads with alot of dust or noise.<br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">This trip was to a British Car show outside of Ashville, NC. About 200 car participating. 9 Sunbeams, 7 Tigers, 1 Alpine and 1 Algir. Alpine won 1st with my Tiger coming in second. Hot day and fun. Next big Sunbeam gathering is the British Car Day outside of Charleston, SC on October 19th. If you are in the Southeast, you should try and make it although you must be pre-registered, no day of show registrations.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">Thank you for the recommendations.<br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">Joel Martin<br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div></div></body></html>
