<div dir="ltr"><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:small">I second Ron's diagnosis. Sticky paint on the needle can cause the needle to stick to the stop. I currently have placed a short length of teflon tubing (got it by stripping a length of teflon-insulated wire) on the stop. Works great. In an earlier life i scraped the paint off the side of the needle and that worked too. Went to teflon after repainting the needle.</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:small"><br></div><div><div dir="ltr" class="gmail_signature" data-smartmail="gmail_signature"><div dir="ltr">Will - 382001570 <br><a href="mailto:Tigers@embarqmail.com" target="_blank">Tigers@embarqmail.com</a></div></div></div><br></div><br><div class="gmail_quote"><div dir="ltr" class="gmail_attr">On Fri, Apr 8, 2022 at 1:20 PM Ron Fraser via Tigers <<a href="mailto:tigers@autox.team.net">tigers@autox.team.net</a>> wrote:<br></div><blockquote class="gmail_quote" style="margin:0px 0px 0px 0.8ex;border-left:1px solid rgb(204,204,204);padding-left:1ex"><div lang="EN-US"><div class="gmail-m_3748195066895685676WordSection1"><p class="MsoNormal">Lance<u></u><u></u></p><p class="MsoNormal"> The speedometer needle paint is probably sticking to the stop peg.<u></u><u></u></p><p class="MsoNormal">You might be able to fix that yourself if so inclined.<u></u><u></u></p><p class="MsoNormal">Possibly a thin Teflon tube on the stop peg.<u></u><u></u></p><p class="MsoNormal">I’m sure there are other possibilities.<u></u><u></u></p><p class="MsoNormal"><u></u> <u></u></p><p class="MsoNormal">Ron Fraser<u></u><u></u></p><p class="MsoNormal"><u></u> <u></u></p><p class="MsoNormal"><u></u> <u></u></p><p class="MsoNormal"><b>From:</b> Tigers <<a href="mailto:tigers-bounces@autox.team.net" target="_blank">tigers-bounces@autox.team.net</a>> <b>On Behalf Of </b>Lance Beauchamp via Tigers<br><b>Sent:</b> Friday, April 08, 2022 12:18 PM<br><b>To:</b> Tiger Club.
