<p>I remember a number of years back this message board had a
significant debate of what the real #86 BRG was. I recall
discussion regarding paint that wasn't exposed to the elements
still "aging," that a more recent repaint was therefore was more
accurate as it had aged less, that any modern formulation method
wasn't accurate and what REAL BRG was compared to Rootes BRG, and
that Rootes got it wrong - I faintly recall one argument being (no
that that mattered). Nothing wrong with striving for accuracy. It
just seem like a moving target to hit and subject to the opinion
of others. Wishing you the best in whatever you decide. In the end
only YOU need to be content.<br>
