<div>When the master leaks, that DOT4 will run down the firewall behind the carpet and insulation. The paint does not appreciate brake/clutch fluid much. If the slave leaks it’s dripping on the ground. Been there, got the tee shirt. </div>

<div style="font-size:small">Perfect timing, of course.  I've driven it every couple weeks all summer, no problems.  But I was getting it ready to go to a show tomorrow, the first one of the year.  I pushed it out of the garage, checked all the fluids, the tire pressures, washed the windshield...</div>

<div style="font-size:small">And then I went to start it.  The clutch pedal went straight to the floor, little resistance.  That's new.   I pumped it a few times and it started to feel more like normal. No leaks on the ground, no fluid missing when I rechecked the reservoir.  I have the stock master and slave with silicon fluid.  I'm thinking its master rebuild time. </div>
