Success Story on B382002035 in which the seller stated that the 260 broke in 1989 on a return trip from a Tiger meet in Colorado.</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:verdana,sans-serif;font-size:small">Since I elected to reinstall my original 260 with screw-in rocker studs in the original iron heads, I'd begun to question what else was prone to break inside the engine, assuming the revs are kept below 5000. A week after I bought my 21,000 mileage Tiger on 6/10/1969, I pulled a rocker stud out at 4400 rpm and dropped a valve into the piston. I didn't know about that crucial weakness. I'd be interested to know whether the 260 has other weaknesses.</div></div><div id="DAB4FAD8-2DD7-40BB-A1B8-4E2AA1F9FDF2"><br>
