But, if I filled to the top I'm sure it would. I might experiment with a catch bottle and added coolant. Maybe someone else can chime in on the subject.</span></div>

<p class="yiv7664095123MsoNormal">I have the overflow hose in a catch bottle. I did nothing special with this configuration. Antifreeze flows into the catch bottle and as the engine cools, the antifreeze get sucked back into the header tank so it acts like a recovery system.</p>
