The article I read before I started removed the VR then bolted, taped and shrink wrapped the wire harness. The largest gauge wire at the auto parts store is really not large enough for 70amps, so I doubled up two strands. I also put a 70amp fuse in line but that broke..need to fix that...<br>Don't know why you want a dummy VR? Just remove it. I forget what I did with the wires..
