I sold the roll bar I'd purchased from C.A.T. in 1975 in order to weld in a more custom design (driver hoop with diagonal tubing across the interior) either with or without mounting plates. <p>My GUESS would be yes if bars are not required in other "hard tops". I ran into a similar problem while Vintage racing. With top OFF my helmet was NOT 3" below the top of my roll bar. Simple solution for me. put hard top on and problem went away. Raise roll
bar and hard top will not fit!</p>
