<p>I tracked her down a few months ago for a rebuild kit.    She had the grommet, support straps, foam in stock. Took it to the local upholstery shop and they took care of the rest.  I believe there are 2 types of grommets, mine was a cloth/canvas affair that

 required gluing to the frame.</p>
