<div>Maybe your fulcrum mount in the bellhousing is loose or the release lever has shifted or worn to the point where it’s not working consistently?</div>
<div>A similar problem could occur with the linkage under the dash – check that first because it’s way easier to get to and you can see what’s going on there.</div>

<div>Other than that – I’d say it might be a hydraulic problem like an air bubble that sometimes gets in the line and sometimes not… check your fluid level and maybe bleed the system, look for gunk or contaminated fluid.</div>
