It just seems strange that they moved from getting power at the #4 post of the ignition switch. The green wire going to the voltage stabilizer is input power to both the stabilizer AND the blower motor. Just a convenient take off location. That green wire goes to the #4 position on the fuse panel which is powered by a white wire going to the 6RA relay (terminal W2) which is powered by the Green wire (C2) coming from the ignition switch (4). Tortured pathway, but functional only with the key turned on, I think.
