(shaft with gear, measured from mounting surface to longest point on shaft with 

gear)</DIV>

<DIV>One kind lister said that the longer one is for small-block Fords with 

automatic transmissions, shorter ones for manual. The owner at IMI, a Tiger 

owner for about 18 months, didn't know if this was so. He has both.</DIV>

<DIV>Long is about 15MM, short is about 6MM</DIV>
