[Tigers] Mystery tag 2

My guess, it is from an early series Alpine.  Or some other Rootes car...

Those tags were put on at Pressed Steel, Rootes body manufacturing plant.
When the Tiger came along, they needed a way early in their process to
identify where it was to become a Tiger or Alpine.
So they made tags with SAL to indicate "Sunbeam ALpine... and JAL to
indicate Jensen ALpine (a Tiger).
Before there was a Tiger, they were all Alpines, so no SAL or JAL needed.

The Rootes serial number (parts order number) plate went on at the end of
the line when the car was finished at Sunbeam or Jensen.
