[Tigers] Coolant queston

It has been standing up since 1992. Though it technically isn't in the
engine compartment.. out under the fender along with the oil filter.
Been this way since then including trips to Wisconsin (SUNI), San Diego,
etc.
They used to have two different kits, I bought the large one, though I
should have bought the small one, mine is much bigger than needed.
