[Tigers] Brake shoe hold down pins and spring clips

After confirming they were available, I ordered the springs and shoe hold
down pins from Sunbeam Spares (UK) on Feb 27.  They arrived today, March
10.  The shipping cost more than the parts. But I never found any available
on this side of the pond.
