[Tigers] Lucas Batteries

Note: The E type battery is a 24 size, I think, I would use a larger one
like 27, or H6,H7 they fill the tray and bracket,  a few years ago I bought
a Lucas for my E type and even with it on a tender it was junk in less than
3 years
