[Tigers] Gas Tanks & Connector Pipes Leakage Testing

Before you change the rubbers..  get ALL new rubber!
AND have the tanks cleaned, checked and sealed (Radiator shops used to do
that, hopefully there is one that
still will).  These are old tanks, they may have tiny pin holes, sealer
will fix that if they aren't too big.
