Chuck,
Have got a ss reducing elbow on its way it's a compression by compression. Have already tested to see if a compression fitting will work and it does. As soon as the fitting comes in I can finish that up.
In the mean time I installed the trinary switch and finished installing the air conditioning hoses. So now the ac hoses run from the firewall fittings to the compressor and to the drier and condenser.
Next, I'm going to install my accusump and oil cooler and run the oil lines. I have to install the remote oil filter holder also. Had to remove my air filter housing to make it easier to access everything.

Paul,
Don't know if that will work but I'll try it.

My aftermarket overflow tank has an inlet tube of 1/4 inch. I'm wondering if anyone has come across this issue before, and if so how did you resolve the issue. I tried a reducing 90 deg;ree ellbow on my tank but it just slides off. Any suggestions out there?      See attached photos: _ Below is the same type overflow tank I'm using. The inlet line is 1/4 inch.         <sum-299990_xl.jpg>

The photo below shows my radiator with a 3/8 inch overflow nipple to the right of the filler cap. <20241123_222209.jpg> I was hoping I could mount a 90 degree elbow to the inlet on the bottom of my overflow tank, then route the overflow tube under the radiator, then up the right side of the radiator to the overflow nipple. Turns out the elbow I bought is made of rubber so it just slips loose from the fittings. Tried to clamp it down and it still slips loose.        Any suggestions on how I can get from 3/8 inch hose to 1/4 inch hose?       TIA,       Dan Eiland
