Thank you for the picture.

The 1981002 number is the Rootes Rough Drawing Number, I’m not sure what CW means.

 

I just received some information compiled by Dan Case that compares the Cobra bracket to the Tiger bracket and also indicates that the 1st 56 Tigers might have the Cobra bracket.   This has not been confirmed but if an early Tiger owner has a picture, send it.

 

I hope someone with a Mk II has a picture of this bracket.

Hi Ron, just happen to have one out at the moment. Casting numbers on one side only as far as I could tell. It’s off B382001465.
