[Tigers] The latest problem: Surging

Ok, so I got the vacuum advance sorted and reset the timing, etc.  But now
there's another issue.

The car starts and warms up normally, choke opening, temperature gauge
coming up to the thermostat temp, etc. But then it starts surging at idle.
Accelerating, driving both seem fine.  But when it goes back to idle,
waiting at a stoplight or something, it starts having these little dips,
which soon become larger dips, to the point where it stops.  It restarts
right away, then does it again.  At a stoplight I have to left foot brake
so that I can keep my foot on the throttle to keep it alive.

Here's a video I shot in the garage as it started to do it after warming
up.  Anybody seen this before or... cured it?
