[Tigers] Tag on Tiger on BAT

I'll second that for California. My brother had a Renault Daulphine that
was last built in 1965 but sold in 1967 (apparently a tough sell). It
was registered as a 1967. I had a Volvo PV 544 Sport. It was last built
in 1965 but sold in 1966. Unfortunately for me that was a time period
where 1966 and up cars had to be smogged. It must have been the oldest
looking (looked like a '46 Ford) car ever to do a smog test. Lastly for
whatever reason when the previous owner of my Tiger brought it from New
Mexico to California it was registered under its JAL number. And not
wanting to open a can of worms it remains so.
