[Tigers] Tag on Tiger on BAT

My MK1A is registered in VA as 1966/67. This characterization probably
came from the dealer. It was common back then to give a foreign car the
benefit of the doubt when registering, assuming that the same car model
would be produced the next year. In my case this was clearly an error
because the MKII, introduced in '67, was not the same car as was produced
in '66.
