[Tigers] Trunk lock grommet installation

Hello and Happy Spring,
 I just came up from my garage to ask for some help.Jeff R noticed a missing Trunk lock grommet   (missing after extensive trunk restoration). I looked in the shop manual and it is not clear how to install one.. Can anyone take a crack at telling me how it goes on. Many thanks to you all for being there
