[Tigers] B9470092LRXFE's 13" wheels with Wilwood Brakes

I sent a mail originally about this kit.. but forgot to cc the list. I have
this 10.5 vented kit from Dale... It wouldn't fit the stock steels.. but
did minilite wheels
