[Tigers] B9470092LRXFE's 13" wheels with Wilwood Brakes

B94700092 sold on B.a.T today is defined as having 13" wheels with Wilwood
front brake calipers and I assume non-stock brake rotors.   It has been my
understanding that all Wilwood brakes for the Tiger required 15" wheels.
What have I missed about the combinations?
