[Tigers] The Seat Rebuild Project Starts

It’s been a decade since I last did seats but I remember using a Pozidrive
bit on an impact driver as the standard Phillips bits were a bit loose.
Once I got them loose I soaked each one with 50/50 acetone/atf and after an
hour they came right out.
