[Tigers] Hardtop Quarter Window Replacement

Hey All -

 

Finally getting around to replacing the quarter windows in my hard top.  The
old ones were cracked/crazed around the pivot mount hole.  

 

Looking at the window frame, It looks like some rivets have to be drilled
out - perhaps the four on the bottom (two front/two back) - to remove the
existing plexiglass.   Am I missing anything?  Any other tips or tricks to
make this task easier or minimize damage?
