You are correct they are stock parts.

The element was just a paper element with no seals to the air cleaner like todays air filters are manufactured.

 

You should post a picture of those gaskets.  I’m not sure I have ever seen the original gaskets.   I know my air cleaner had none.

On the air cleaner topic, my air cleaner had a flat gasket glued inside the housing on both top top and bottom halves. Assuming this is stock ??

Does anyone have a good part number/source for the 5 inch gasket that goes between the stock air cleaner and the stock 2 barrel carb?  It's got to be standard old Ford stuff, somewhere.
