An interesting question. But, maybe the target audience for the question should be illegal aliens who entered California and the rest of the country surreptitiously.  How are They gonna get around to go to work, buy groceries, etc…

RE  electric cars.  Do any of you California guys worry that Calif will eventually ban the use of gasoline cars in California?
