[Tigers] Carpet installation question

Hello,
 I going to install an almost new set of carpets correctly.Jeff Randall in Hanover MA showed me that the receiving snap is screwed to the floorand the carpet "female" is in two parts. Each on opposite sides of the carpet. I believe I have that right.What I'm wondering about, is there a tool that will compress all four tangs at the same time,or do you have to bend each tang individually. (I sure hope there is.)
