[Tigers] Correct trunk hinge fasteners

When one considers the hinge is chrome, not body color it stands to 
reason that the body and trunk (boot) were painted and then the three 
pieces assembled. IF..., in fact the stud is painted at the factory it 
might be that the topside was painted, the hinge attached by the stud 
only and then hung to paint the underside. Just a guess but at least a 
possibility (not trying to create a big hammer on the firewall urban 
legend here).
