[Tigers] Speedo rebuild recommendations?

Tiger is back on the road.  Had been 27 years since I last drove it.
Surprise, surprise, speed doesn't work.
Googling, I found these places.  Anybody have any experience with any of these places?  Went through the archives and only saw some mixed results with Nisonger.
