Looking at your picture, I have this

Left hole – oil pressure line

Right hole – speedo cable

There are two holes in the Tiger firewall above the steering column.  Which one is for the speedo cable and what is the other for? My 40 year old drawing doesn't specify. 

 

Any help is appreciated.
