[Tigers] Radial versus bias ply

Dan, your memory is better than mine. In 1966 I was 17 and I was running used tires and retreads (remember those) Now, I drove every car I owned like I stole it in those days. I remember bias ply tires and the change to radials; which was an upgrade! Do I remember all the nuances of that upgrade? Sadly, no. But one thing I do know is that tire technology is soooo much different than back in the day. My memories of that time was always fixing flats. :-)
