[Tigers] Trunk wood

So.., I took my battery out to have a look… been a while !! I see a piece of 1/4” plywood that I probably made years ago ( wonder what I used for a pattern?) and see the screw holes are 9 7/16” apart and no evidence that there ever were any other holes. The piece is 3” wide and the back hole is 1 5/16” from the right side and the front hole is 1 7/16” from the right side From looking at my layout on the back of the wood, it appears like I drilled the wood to match existing trunk holes other wise if I was ‘creating’ holes in the trunk I would have lined them up even. So…either I’ve redone an existing incorrect piece…or I have the holy grail, or something in between. 55 year old car and all. Still a mystery. Lol
Definitely need more input

That might be the case with the possible lower filler under the battery… maybe Buck has seen a drawing at the Rootes trust for one ??
