Nope. I was missing one side for my brakes and was told the same thing a couple of years ago, by this group. I ordered the locking plates for both sides from Moss motors and then found out they don't fit at all. Moss Motors wouldn't take them back either. I still have them around here somewhere, in case I run into someone with a TR that needs them.

You have copies a part of the Sunbeam Specialities catalog.  Are you saying that Rick doesn’t have them?

I do believe that the rear brakes are the same as on TR4s and TR3s.  So if Rick doesn’t have them, you can check those sources too.

It all goes onto the OEM rear end that came with this car.  It had developed a bearing noise, a long time ago 1976ish,  and I had replaced the wheel bearings but never finished the job. Instead, I obtained a different rear end , a posi unit and a set of 4.55:1 rear gears and went drag racing for a short while.
