Thanks to those who responded regarding the Tiger Axle lengths. The 3 responses came out to average 26 11/16" long which when they removed once again to verify, they were 26 11/16" long.
So the axles had not been shortened back in the 1970's to fit the 3.54 Trac Lock.  The axles are still binding up but the axle shop now thinks they are missing a spacer that the pin goes through and the axles butt up against.  #12 below.

They left out # 12 'Axle Shaft Spacer  The Trac Lock pin was 1" and the open rear is a 3/4" hole so my existing spacer will not work.
Does anyone have the Axle Shaft Spacer below and is that all that is needed?  When looking at the #12 spacer above, is it one piece or three?  Notice the 2 'dotted lines'.  Could these be what some call floating buttons?
The Axle Shaft spacer is  Dana part number 18078 with a OD of 1.27", length 1.48" and a 3/4" center hole per below.  Does anyone have this?  It does not look like the axles would butt up against this spacer.  IE:  'button's on either side where the 2 dotted lines are in the above picture?  Just not sure.

Thanks in advance.
Joel Martin
