[Tigers] tool strap location

Clyde,
Attached shows correct location for the tool roll.  You should have a
couple of holes in the floor of the trunk that line up with the mounting
plate.  Can't be much help on method of attachment.  Mine is pop-riveted on
and I know that's not correct.  And don't get me started about the color of
the jack.  Mine is grey and has always been grey ##@!!
