[Tigers] Re-stringing the canvas web on the top frame

The original material was rubberized,
grey in my mk1.  I found the exact material 
except in tan.  Do not do what I did.  It
became just like the hardened cracked
original junk within a couple seasons.
The better modern replacement is seat belt 
material.
