[Tigers] Radiator Cap

Joe,
If you are getting water out short of boil over, you are just filling it 
too much.  In a Tiger this is well down from the opening and is actually 
below
the top of the radiator.  What you need is a recovery tank like a modern 
car, this will keep the system full.. heat expansion pushes water into the
recovery tank and when it cools back down it will be sucked back in.
Antifreeze tastes good but poisons small animals, please make this mod.
It sounds like your new cap with two rubber seals is the correct one 
already, the original Tiger had only one seal at the bottom IIRC.
