[Tigers] Re-chroming bumpers (ideally in the North-East USA)

I live in Connecticut and used Bar Plating in Meriden for my 64 Fairlane. Quite good quality. 
But, for my all out Concours 1957 supercharged Thunderbird I went to Librandi in Harrisburg PA. Their work is unbelievably good.
